Nanoli Stud Farm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Instructor/Trainer to join our team

Location: Nanoli Stud Farm, Pune, India Contract
Duration: 3-month trial, followed by a 1-year contract (longer durations also considered)

Job Description: . The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, developing young horses, and coaching riders for competitive equestrian events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a professional team, help build a talented group of riders, and contribute to the growth of our equestrian programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Teaching: Lead the planning, teaching, andhem for competitive sports, focusing on dressage and/or show jumping.
2. Coaching and Event Representation: Build and coach a team of riders who can represent Nanoli Stud Farm at equestrian events across India. Travel with the team to competitions and be responsible for the competition horses when away.
3. Work Schedule: You will be required to work 8-hour shifts for 6 days a week. The position involves continuous responsibilities, and you will not be entitled to overtime for extra work as needed.

Additional Points:

1. Exclusive Employment: You will not accept any other employment or contract, part-time or otherwise, or engage in any activity other than that of the riding school during your tenure at Nanoli Stud Farm.
2. Non-Compete Clause: Upon termination of your contract, you agree not to accept employment or contracts within India for 2 years.
   3.Travel Expenses: You will be entitled to passage money for travel to Mumbai and back to your hometown when your contract is terminated by mutual agreement. In case of termination by the company, you will still be entitled to a return ticket. If you choose to terminate the contract on your own accord, you will not be entitled to a return ticket.
3. Accommodation: You will be provided with furnished residential accommodation, including a bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and pantry. Upon termination of the agreement, you must vacate the accommodation and return possession to the school.
4. Domestic Help & Meals: Domestic help will be available for the upkeep of your accommodation, and meals will be provided.
5. Visa and Medical Facilities: The company will bear the cost of your visa and reimburse expenses. You will be covered by the school’s medical and accident insurance policies.
6. Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 30 days of paid annual leave, which must be taken with prior arrangement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in horseback riding instruction, training, and competition.
• Expertise in developing horses for dressage and/or show jumping for at least 10 years.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to manage daily operations of a riding school and supervise school horses.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating approach to teaching.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, and commitment to the role.
